A Welcome Note from Linda Van De Water

As a Circuit Court Judge in Waukesha County since 2003, I’ve earned a reputation as not being afraid to make tough decisions on the bench. I bring a no-nonsense style to the courtroom, earning a reputation for being tough and fair while running an efficient court.

The Court of Appeals reviews decisions of the circuit courts so it’s imperative to have a Court of Appeals Judge who won’t legislate from the bench. Having served as both a judge and a prosecutor, I understand the law and won’t back down from tough decisions.
